Specialist Travel Homeworkers

We are currently looking for a small number of Specialist Homeworkers that ideally have a proven track record of successful sales in one or more of the following areas:-

The Deal...

You will be supplied with industry leading search and book systems that will allow you access to over 500 Trade Suppliers. You will be paid on a commission only basis and retain up to 100% of the profit generated on each sale. We will supply you with your own specialist website at no cost and even market it for you and you will work the hours that suit your lifestyle. We will also handle all your administration for you and you will trade under our ABTA bond. This is a rare opportunity to get involved with something completely different to your standard homeworking operation.

How it works

You bring your own business in from your own database and you keep ALL the commission. There is no catch, we mean all the commission.
EXAMPLE - Cosmos Holiday Package to Turkey costing £3500 generates a commission of £490. You retain ...................... £490 !!! Compare that to what you would earn with your current company.

Compliment your business by booking holidays from our fully qualified luxury end leads and you will retain 50% of the commission generated.

The Person...

We are looking for the best of the best. You will need a proven track record in the industry as well as the desire to earn over £30k per annum.

You are someone who can convert quality leads but also has the skills to seek out and build your own client base.

You do not stand on ceremony and wait for business to come to you but you do thrive on the challenge of running your own business.

Fees

As you read on you'll realise that you're backed up by an army of well trained professionals who are pulling out all the stops to make sure the deals we offer give you the competitive edge and that you're well supported in terms of administration. We are investing in your future but don’t charge any set up or joining fees.

Our monthly fee is just £80+VAT which covers bonding, supplier access, your own client facing bookable website ( example at www.mytravelwebsite.co.uk) your own specialist website dependent on experience, admin support and all hosting fees.

Being a homeworker with Explorer Travel means that you're at home...but definitely not alone!

You're probably wondering how you'll cope with all the paperwork - confirmations, invoices, tickets and so on. Well, the good news is that we've worked hard - and set up robust internal processes - to make sure that you're an admin-free zone. We take care of everything so you can concentrate on what you do best-selling holidays and earning great commissions.

As a company we invest heavily in new technologies, we want to supply our homeworkers with the very best so they can simply get on and sell our great deals.

All homeworkers get full training on our systems with our Training and Operations Manager, but sometimes when you get home and are faced with setting everything up and using it correctly on your own, it can be a little daunting. And that's why we are always at the end of the phone in our support department.

We think it's really important to make our homeworkers feel comfortable calling with a problem, no matter how large or small.

We're here to help with any technical queries, whether it be how to log on, or something more serious.

Questions and Answers

Can I sell all tour operators?

Yes, Explorer Travel is a completely independent travel agent. You are free to sell whichever tour operator suits the customer.

What are the minimum hours that I am expected to work?

There are no minimum hours and no rotas. We are completely flexible and allow our homeworkers to work to fit in with their lifestyles. Remember though – the more hours you work, the more you can earn!

Will I be a success?

If you have the dedication and will to succeed you will achieve your personal goals. If you would like to speak to someone who is already doing it, we are happy to put you in touch with a current homeworker.

How much can I earn?

Good sellers earn £30K plus. They are highly motivated sales professionals! You too can be that person, it just takes sales ability, time and commitment.

Can I generate my own leads from my local area, friends and family?

Yes, personal travel consultants are responsible for generating all their own leads, and in return we pay the best commission in the country. And don't worry, we are always here to support you with expert advice when it comes to helping you with marketing.

Do I pay the phone costs?

Yes, your marketing costs including telephone and broadband are your own. Oh and we dont provide PC's or Laptops.

How long does it take to get started?

You can be up and running, taking calls, between one and two weeks from when we receive your contract. We have to train you first but once this is done your free to sell,sell, sell
